RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

To confirm your reservation you will need to pay Xàbia Activa a deposit of 25% of the total cost. Please make a transfer to:

IBAN ES37 0182 3216 63 0208529190 and send us confirmation once you make the transfer so we can confirm your reservation.

If you cancel your reservation more than 48h before the activity is due to take place, Xàbia Activa will refund all monies paid.

Xàbia Activa holds your safety as paramount. Therefore Xàbia Activa reserves the right to cancel an activity should weather conditions not allow an activity to go ahead in safety. Should this occur, the customer will have the choice to re-schedule the activity or receive a full refund.

To ensure the safety of our guides and all participants, when an activity commences, should any participant shows signs of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, Xàbia Activa reserves the right to refuse that persons participation in the activity. No refund will be made in these circumstances.
DEPOSIT AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT

Prior to commencing an activity participants will need to pay a deposit of 200€ against damage to equipment through mis-use or negligent behaviour. Typical wear and tear is allowed for. The deposit is returned once the activity is completed.

As part of the booking conditions you must agree to follow the instructions and guidance provided in our information and by our staff. In addition you must act sensibly and prudently at all times with regard to your safety and of others and their property.

In case of lost or deterioration of the equipment by a customer, the corresponding amount will be charged according to the following table:
* Diving mask : € 15
* Snorkel : € 6
* Kayak paddle : 40 €
* Wetsuite U/O : 75 € + 75 €
* Lifejacket : 40 €
* Helmet : € 30
* Harness : 50 €
* Carabiner : € 10
* Descender 8 : € 10
